MOANA - podcast review out now

Disney adventures into the Polynesian islands in their latest big screen outing Moana. Auli'i Cravalho voices the titular star, who decends on an ocean bound adventure to find trickster demigod Maui (Dwayne Johnson), return the heart stone to the island goddess Te Fiti, and return prosperity to Motunui. Also starring Jermaine Clement and Alan Tudyk, we enjoy the spectacular animation and the brilliant songs, but what about Disney's princess stereotypes and the use of Polynesian characters and stories? Listen on to find out more about Moana.

We mention a couple of other films in this podcast, check out our reviews of them by clicking on the titles: Song of the Sea and Zootropolis.
