10 Cloverfield Lane VS High-Rise

Well now we have a slight predicament in what film to watch and review come 18th March. With both 10 Cloverfield Lane and High-Rise coming out on the same day, which should we watch? Both seem to have intriguing plots and a solid cast involved.
First, the Cloverfield sequel. I wasn't a big fan of the original film and thought the found footage aspect ended up being a hindrance to the film then a nice twist. This time around, however, we have the always reliable John Goodman hiding out in a bunker with a couple of others he may have kidnapped, looking to protect them from the monsters that lurk outside. Also, gone is the found footage aspect leaving me interested in this follow up.
Then we have the adaption of J.G Ballard's novel High-Rise, where the world is so over populated they're forced to live in these massive towers where the classes are separated, where the richer you are the higher up you live, leading to a possible revolt by those poorer members of the tower. That, topped with a really strong English cast, including Tom Hiddleston, Jeremy Irons, Reece Shearsmith and Neil Maskell, which makes this a interesting prospect.

So what do you think we should watch because, frankly, we can't decide, so we need you. Richee
